Real estate isn’t just Stefanie Foster’s career — it’s part of her DNA. Raised in Battle Ground, Washington, Stefanie learned the ins and outs of real estate at a young age and developed a sharp eye for the market early on. Now a seasoned agent, she combines her lifelong local knowledge with a passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest investments — buying or selling a home.
After graduating from Battle Ground High School, Stefanie earned her degree in Merchandising Management from Oregon State University. Her background gives her a unique edge in design, staging, and understanding what sells — and why.

When she’s not negotiating offers or visiting properties, Stefanie is likely knee-deep in a home project with her husband. Together, they’ve remodeled three homes in the Vancouver area and are currently transforming a 1978 ranch in Felida — where they live with their two awesome kids, ages 10 and 12. You’ll often find her at Mahoney’s Public House, volunteering at Felida Elementary, or cheering at a youth sports game (usually with coffee in hand).

Laurie is a top real estate broker with deep roots in customer service and a strong commitment to helping clients navigate every step of their real estate journey with confidence.
A California native, Laurie relocated to Vancouver, Washington with her husband Mike in 1989. Since then, she has witnessed—and been part of—the incredible growth and evolution of Clark County. While raising her family, Laurie was actively involved in community events and Vancouver Public Schools. Today, with two grown children (both married and living in Seattle), she enjoys the next chapter of life — often found relaxing at one of the tasting rooms along the Vancouver Waterfront.
Before launching her real estate career, Laurie spent 18 years at Nordstrom, where she developed her exceptional customer service skills and a deep appreciation for building relationships. Her transition to real estate began behind the scenes, assisting a top-producing broker and supporting hundreds of transactions over eight years. That hands-on experience gave Laurie a solid foundation in the business and made getting her license in 2014 a natural next step.
Since becoming licensed, Laurie has consistently helped her clients buy and sell an average of 25 homes per year. She’s known for her calm presence, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance. Above all, Laurie listens closely to what her clients truly want and need — and she works tirelessly to deliver results that exceed expectations.
